Description:	The primary bench mark is NW of a building and deck built on pilings, 291 feet NE of the north face of the north column of the tenth bridge support from the east end of the JFK Causeway, 5.4 feet SE of the north-westerly bulkhead wall, and 5.5 feet SW of the north-easterly bulkhead wall. The bench mark is 0.2 foot (0.1 m) below the ground, crimped to a stainless steel rod driven 56 feet to substantial resistance, and encased in a 5-inch PVC pipe and concrete kickblock.
